Cancellation Policy
Effective August 17, 2026
Deposit & Reservation
A 25% deposit is required to reserve an appointment or project date. The deposit holds the scheduled date and confirms intent to proceed once accepted.
Client Cancellations
- If a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit is eligible for refund.
- If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is nonrefundable.
- Clients receive one complimentary reschedule for weather, illness, emergency, or another reasonable circumstance, subject to availability.
Havanna Wave Media Cancellations
If Havanna Wave Media cancels a scheduled appointment and we are unable to reschedule, all payments for the uncompleted service will be refunded. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule before issuing refunds.
Completed Work
Completed services and delivered digital products are generally nonrefundable. Refunds for completed services may be considered only in limited circumstances and are discretionary.
