Refund Policy
Effective August 17, 2026
General Policy
Completed services and delivered digital products are generally nonrefundable. Refunds are considered in limited circumstances and on a case-by-case basis consistent with the rules below.
Deposit Refunds
A cancellation made at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment is eligible for a refund of the deposit (25%). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment make the deposit nonrefundable.
Havanna Wave Media Cancellations & Reschedules
If Havanna Wave Media cancels and cannot reschedule, all payments for the uncompleted service will be refunded. Clients receive one complimentary reschedule for weather, illness, emergency, or another reasonable circumstance, subject to availability.
Website Projects & Third-Party Charges
Website-development payments for a project phase become nonrefundable once work on that phase begins. Domain names, hosting, software, stock assets, and other third-party charges are nonrefundable once purchased.
Technical Errors & Corrections
If Havanna Wave Media makes a verified technical mistake, we will first be given reasonable opportunity to correct or re-edit the work. If a verified mistake cannot be corrected or the work cannot be brought into compliance with the agreed deliverables, a refund may be issued at Havanna Wave Media’s discretion consistent with the amount paid for the affected services.
Additional Charges
Additional work, revisions, travel, rush delivery, and services outside the original agreement may require additional charges and are generally nonrefundable once performed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email havannawavemedia@gmail.com with your booking details and reason for the request. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
These policies provide general business guidance and may be supplemented or superseded by a client’s signed service agreement.
